There will be a $200/call bar..$300/Premium Service fee on alcohol beverage sales to host bar. Cash bar will be charged a service fee of $200/300 this includes, initial liquor, set ups, ice, glasses..this does not include a bartender. Each bartender for cash bar will be $150/bartender/100 guest for 5 hours and $25/bartender/hour thereafter. Butler service $25/hour/server.

A 5.5% WI sales tax will be charged to the host for host beverage purchases. The tax will be assessed to individual purchaser on Cash bar sales.

The Following are some sample menu choices. We will work with you to create a customized menu to suit your taste and budget. Each Entrée below includes your choice of a salad, a vegetable, a starch, rolls and butter. Each additional Entrée $3 or $3.50 if marked, each additional starch $1.00, each additional vegetable $.50 and each additional salad $1.50
