Celebrations at The Gables 2018 Rate Sheet

The Chapel and Loft can seat 255 theatre seating

The Stables can seat 285 for banquet/400 theatre seating

Weekday use of The Arena will be set upon availability, use, timelines and season. Please call for special rates for civic functions, fundraisers, school events (school, dances, meetings or homecoming), non-profits…we are sure to make something work for you.

Our event Season June-Oct

Use of The Chapel and The Stables per each Weekend day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 9 AM-Midnight Client may decorate day of unless prior arrangements have been made. All decorations removed by 1o AM following day.

The Venue Rental Fee for 2018 will be $3,000..$500 saves the date and is deducted from the original $3000…leaving a Venue Rental balance of $2500 due by the 30 days prior of event date.. This rental fee includes Friday 9am to 9pm to decorate and enjoy a rehearsal and dinner (not included). Shuttle service, when alcohol is being served…Venue use from 9 am -Midnight on Saturday…basic clean up..finals on Sunday Morning by 10 AM..All Chairs and Tables…and all catering staff..Catering planning and wedding planning assistance.

Guest House is included for the day (full bathroom, kitchenette, living quarters, resting loft and a place to store belongings).

Add 5.5% Sales tax to each

Please include 10 % Gratuity any additional tip is at your discretion.

If the client requests help to remove their decorations a possible $125.00 cleaning fee may be enacted if you would like us to take care of your things let us know ahead to we can plan to have extra staff at closing.

There will be a $200/call bar..$300/Premium Service fee on alcohol beverage sales to host bar. Cash bar will be charged a service fee of $200/300 this includes, initial liquor, set ups, ice, glasses..this does not include a bartender. Each bartender for cash bar will be $150/bartender/100 guest for 5 hours and $25/bartender/hour thereafter. Butler service $25/hour/server.

A 5.5% WI sales tax will be charged to the host for host beverage purchases. The tax will be assessed to individual purchaser on Cash bar sales.
